The project works with the Shanghai government in China to address the high loss of express packaging by government-led efforts in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Based on the market demand and industry pain points in China's express logistics, the project proposes a new model for express packaging recycling, creating a green express packaging recycling ecosystem through a combination of online applications and offline physical site operations, thereby solving the environmental problem of high volume of social express packaging waste generation and low volume of recycling.
